Terms and Conditions

We make all of our products by hand with mainly pure ingredients and list our ingredients on our packaging. Please read all labels before using. 

All of our items are handmade in small batches by our small business and may have variations in colors and slightly in size. 

WE DO NOT MAKE OUR PRODUCTS IN A NUT FREE FACILITY 

Common : All Exchanges/Refunds must be requested within 24hrs of delivery.

• Canceling: Orders may be canceled before items are shipped. All transactions will be refunded promptly, but may take 7-10 business days for banks to process.
• Refunds: Orders may be refunded within 14 days. All refund requests will require a photo of the issue and we will send a return label by email for the product to ship it back to us. All transactions will be refunded promptly, but may take 7-10 business days for banks to process.
• Exchanges: Items that are received incorrectly or damaged may be replaced or exchanged for the correct or undamaged item. Depending on the issue we may send a replacement product, a return shipping label, or a refund/credit on your purchase.  
• Payments: Card payments will be processed at checkout. 
• Orders placed on items that are out of stock may take longer to ship. Standard orders will ship within 7-10 business days.
